A huge disappointment: constant hostility and tourist scams.

点评：After traveling around Europe for 3 months, we spent 4 days in Kotor, and unfortunately, I can confirm it is a very hostile destination for tourists.
The overall treatment we received was terrible. We encountered grumpy, rude staff with zero willingness to provide good service in almost every place we visited.
However, the worst part is the constant feeling that they are trying to scam or overcharge you. In our short stay, it happened to us three times:
- At the supermarket: they tried to overcharge us at the checkout.
- Car rental: we had issues with unjustified surcharges.
- Gas station: we suffered a direct scam where we were charged double for fuel.
Reading other travelers' reviews on Google Maps, I realized this wasn't just bad luck on our part, but a recurring problem that has been going on for years.
I'm writing this to warn anyone planning their trip. Personally, I would have loved to read a warning like this to avoid this destination entirely. If you decide to go anyway, double-check every receipt, ask for prices before consuming, and be extremely careful.
