A good day out, with lovely shops and restaurants of varying quality.
卡博特广场的点评
点评：I'm lucky enough to live and work fairly near to Cabot Circus, so I get to visit quite frequently.
The centre does boast a variety of lovely shops, and the top floor is devoted almost entirely to restaurants of varying quality. The latest one we visited was Thai Express Kitchen.
Who visits a Thai Restaurant to eat Fish and Chips? The answer, of course, is me but this was the Thai version of the classic dish and a delicious, equally flavoursome contrast to what I'm used to. The fish was freshwater, cooked in breadcrumbs and served with spicily-seasoned chips, and two Thai dips, one of which was Sweet Chilli.
The food was wonderful and the atmosphere comfortable. The service was friendly but on the slow side; two members of our family got their food 10 minutes after the rest of us did. It was also quite expensive for what we had.
However, I rate this restaurant worth a visit and Cabot Circus is always a fun day out.
