点评：What a glorious visit! The gardens are an absolute delight! The rhododendrons and azaleas were in full bloom for our visit and the colours and varieties were just gorgeous to see. The whole gardens are beautifully tended. The peonies were just opening and the roses waiting to emerge. We spent a wonderful afternoon walking around this peaceful, tranquil setting and thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been somewhere I had wanted to visit for a while and it most certainly didn't disappoint. There are toilet facilities at both ends of the garden and the gorgeous winding road on the approach to the gardens is a lovely drive! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The lady in the little shop chatted pleasantly with us, and the tearoom staff were a delight. The scones were the best I've ever tasted. Thank you for a truly delightful afternoon in God's Own Country!
