Elderly staff attitude towards family’s at a children’s show unnacceptable

点评：Yesterday are family went to see the “ Miss Rachel Tribute show, here at the Wyvern. Whilst the show itself was amazing, and the children and grandchildren loved it, the down side were the elderly lady’s at the door and pacing around the audience at the show. Upon arriving at the accessible entrance, we were greeted by a very rude and miserable lady, hardly appropriate for a children’s first show experience. Our tickets were ready, but she sighed and Moaned because there so many of us. And grumbling away under her breath. Only to be greeted by another miserable older lady, who tried to put us in different seats, when we were at the front, and when we corrected her, she went “ just go on then”!!! It was a children’s show! The younger staff were great, I’d seriously rethink having the older ladies there, they were very rude.
翻译：昨天，我们全家人去韦弗恩剧院观看了“瑞秋小姐致敬演出”。演出本身非常精彩，孩子们和孙辈们也都乐在其中。不过有个问题就是门口有几位年长的女士，她们还在观众席中来回踱步。当我们走到无障碍入口处时，迎接我们的是一位态度极其粗鲁且面带怨容的女士，这样的态度实在不适合用来迎接孩子们的第一次观剧体验。我们的票其实已经准备好了，但她却因为我们人数众多而唉声叹气、牢骚不断。嘴里还嘟嘟囔囔个不停。结果迎接我们的又是另一位脾气很差的年长女士，我们明明坐在前排，她却试图把我们安排到别的座位上。在我们纠正她之后，她只冷冷地说了句“那随你们吧”！！！这可是一场儿童演出啊！年轻的工作人员都很不错，我真心建议以后别再安排那些年长的女士来工作了，她们实在太没礼貌了。
