Wonderful trip, good travel package for a family of 5

点评：Yak and Yeti offered a good package for our recent trip to Gangtok and Darjeeling. We are a family of 5. From planning the itinerary to sending a comfortable Innova Chrysler, they took care of everything. We had booked the Gangtok hotel, Summit Namnang Spa and Resorts , on our own. We booked the Darjeeling Hotel, Central Heritage, through them. The cab driver from Siliguri upto Gangtok and from Gangtok to Darjeeling was very amicable and acted as our tour guide. He took us to Santa Banta Dhaba, a family restaurant on NH 10 on the outskirts of Siliguri with clean washrooms, for a sumptuous lunch before our climb up. He showed us around Gangtok. The owner, Satish B came to meet my husband at MG Marg. Our experience with Yak and Yeti, especially in Gangtok, was very good. The only disappointment was the rooms at Central Heritage that were a let down. The rooms looked old and dingy, the hot water was not working properly and there was scaffolding outside our rooms with workers that forced us to keep the curtains drawn at all times. But Yak and Yeti provided excellent travel support that made our holiday a memorable one.
