Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish

点评：Our group of 14 ladies (traveling from outside of Mallorca) booked a private 4 hour hiking excursion with Tramuntana Tours on May 9th 2026 as part of a bachelorette weekend in Mallorca.
Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly due to the unfriendly reception and attitude we encountered upon arrival. The tour leader came across as angry and visibly irritated from the beginning, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere for the group.
Before departure, rain had already been forecast and this was discussed with the company beforehand. We were reassured that forecasts in the Sóller area are often inaccurate and that the activity could reasonably proceed as light showers were expected much later that afternoon.
However, the weather conditions deteriorated almost immediately when the hike began shortly after 11am. Within approximately 10 minutes of walking, heavy rain and unsafe mountain conditions forced the group to turn back and the excursion was unable to continue.
While we understand that weather can affect outdoor activities, we were disappointed with how the overall situation was handled both during and after the experience. We believe tour operators also carry the responsibility to make appropriate safety-based decisions regarding whether an excursion should proceed under forecasted conditions.
Although a partial refund was eventually offered following extensive discussions, we did not feel it adequately reflected the circumstances given that the excursion was interrupted almost immediately after departure.
We were left feeling that operational and financial considerations were prioritised over customer satisfaction and safety.
Based on our overall experience, we would unfortunately not recommend this company.......to ANYONE!
