Riding holiday in Mimizan
Centre Equestre Marina - Private Day Tours的点评
点评：My daughter and myself had booked a flexible riding holiday.
Was meet by Anna on arrival at Midnight, so had missed the arrival talk, thought we would have our talk in the morning, which didn’t happen.
Next morning had a nice 2 hour ride in the forest with Anna and another mother and daughter.
First time I spoke to the manager Michel, was when he was in the pool, shouting at me about the way the English ride their horses, and we would ride his horses his way. It was a very aggressive conversation in front of over guests.
The next day we rode on the beach. My daughter’s horse’s bridle was broken, when spoke to Michel he said it was ok!!!
When we took the horses out the lorry at the beach , the horse shook his bridle off twice, it was only swapped when my daughter got upset.
Some of the horses were malnourished with sunken backs, back sores and foot sore.
The riding centre was under staffed, and poorly maintained, one of the guests cleaned the slim mark off the edge of the pool.
Our room was right next to the kitchen where all the meals were prepared. We were woken up in the morning when breakfast was being prepared and kept awake at night when the washing up was being done at midnight.
Our last ride on the Saturday was a full day ride which was on the
beach and a picnic.
The ride had fourteen riders of mixed abilities and one guide Michel, which I found at times was quite dangerous.
Michel was under staffed and I think a lot of corners were cut.
It was Michel’s way and no communication to the guests.
It was his rude way of speaking to me that was really upsetting .

我们的房间就在厨房旁边，所有餐食都在那里准备。早上早餐准备的时候我们会被吵醒，晚上半夜洗碗的时候也会被吵醒。
周六的最后一次骑行是一整天的海滩骑行，最后还有野餐。
这次骑行有十四位水平参差不齐的骑手，只有一位向导米歇尔，我觉得有时候挺危险的。
米歇尔人手不足，我觉得很多环节都偷工减料了。
米歇尔一意孤行，根本不跟客人沟通。
他跟我说话的态度很粗鲁，这让我非常生气。
