点评：An absolute highlight of our trip! If there are no reservations left for when you planned your trip, change your dates! Do not miss this. We loved everything about the experience. The space is so warm and inviting. The service is so friendly. And the food. My word the food!!! Every dish, every element of each dish -so creative, beautiful and of course beyond delicious. Our first course was tomatoes, peaches, house made ricotta, jalapeño vinaigrette. The flavours just danced in your mouth. That was book ended with a blueberry and ice cream dessert with the creamiest ice cream that was pure heaven. One dish had a black garlic aioli that I would have bought a bucket of if I could have. Chef Hunter and his staff are absolute hero’s of Canadian cuisine. I just love what they are doing and can’t wait to get back again one day.
翻译：我们此行的绝对亮点！如果你计划出行的日期已经没有空位了，那就改个日期吧！千万别错过这个机会。我们喜欢这次体验的方方面面。环境温馨又诱人，服务也极其友善。还有食物——天哪，那些食物简直绝了！！！每一道菜、每个食材都充满创意且赏心悦目，当然了，味道更是棒到极致。我们的头道菜是番茄、桃子、自制里科塔奶酪，再配上墨西哥辣椒醋汁。各种风味在口中交织融合，美妙至极。整顿饭以一份蓝莓冰淇淋甜品作为收尾，那冰淇淋口感极其细腻顺滑，简直就是人间天堂。其中一道菜还配有用黑蒜制作的蒜泥酱，要是可以的话我真想买一桶带回家。Hunter主厨和他的团队绝对是加拿大料理界的英雄。我十分欣赏他们的努力与成果，迫不及待希望将来能再次光临。
