点评：The Van:
Living Space: Perfect for two people for a multi-week trip. Plenty of storage in the front for drinks and small items. The kitchen kit was very comprehensive and left us needing nothing.
Comfort: The bed was surprisingly comfy, though at 5’9”, my feet were right at the edge. Taller travellers might find it a bit snug. The provided bedding kit was more than adequate but we did buy a set of $10 pillows from Kmart just to add to our comfort.
Off-Grid Performance: All appliances ran perfectly. The diesel heater kept us very cozy, and the solar panels meant we never needed shore power, even with several days of rain.
Ease of Use: Emptying the grey water and toilet was much easier and less "nasty" than we anticipated.
Customer Service:We had one minor issue with a rattling window while driving. Customer support was highly responsive, offering us several repair options or reimbursement if we fixed it ourselves. We chose to live with it, but their quick communication was reassuring.
Tips for Future Renters:
Pack Light: Storage is tight for two adults with multiple checked bags. The staff was kind enough to store an empty bag for us at the depot, which helped immensely!
Hooks & Bungees: There aren't many places to hang things. We used bungee cords through frame holes in the back doors for towels and brought suction hooks for the shower.
Leftover Corner: Check the shared area for leftover spices and cleaning supplies before you head to the shops as it saved us some money!
Overall, I highly recommend this company and would definitely rent from them again. We genuinely appreciated their service, especially the shuttle to and from the airport.
