点评:Shows are usually great, the security at the gate was awful. They were rude and lacked empathy. We didn’t mind the rain, we thought it would pass and walked a mile from the hotel. When we got to the gate we learned that everything was temporarily closed down. Made sense because of the weather. What didn’t make sense was that the security was rude and yelled at everyone before they got close or asked questions. They wouldn’t let us stand under the awning when the weather became severe. We had no where to go. They stared at us as my husband and I huddled under an umbrella in the middle of a severe storm with lightning flashing all around. Inside they were telling concert goers that their safety was the #1 priority, security didn’t get that memo. There were about 8 people out there that had walked and had no where to go. My advice is If the weather looks iffy, make sure you grab ponchos, an umbrella and have a back up plan if you walk. because if they shut down for severe weather while you’re in line, security absolutely does not care. I hope Live Nation sees this and comes up with a safety plan to keep safe the people outside the gate but without a vehicle to return to. Maybe they will give their security training in empathy and weather safety.
