点评：We just went to a concert at Ruoff Music Center, and honestly, it felt more like being processed into a prison than attending a live music event. From the moment you approach the venue, you're greeted by massive fences that make the place feel like a fortified compound. Once you're inside—good luck getting out. You’re essentially locked in until the show ends.
The drink prices are absolutely outrageous. A single beer runs you around $20+ (yes, that’s over a dollar an ounce), and cocktails are hitting $26+. I don’t know where else in the world you can pay that kind of money for a single shot, but it's borderline criminal. And there are no lines—not because of efficiency, but because people simply can’t afford to buy anything unless they’ve taken out a small loan beforehand.
Customer service? Forget it. The employees are friendly enough, but they’re clearly trained to do one hyper-specific task and nothing else. Ask a question outside of their scope and you’ll get a blank stare.
