Incredible afternoon with wonderful hosts in beautiful countryside

点评：Book this now! Absolutely unmissable e-bike tour of the beautiful Konavle region. The countryside is so beautiful and the e-bikes are the perfect way to explore. It is ten minutes by car from Cavtat but it could be so easily missed and should be something all visitors get to experience. Miaho was the most incredible host, so genuine and knowledgeable. We had great conversation and he really is passionate about the place he has grown up in and sharing it with visitors. The e-bikes are fantastic quality and easy to use.
We were picked up from our hotel by the incredible Marlous, Miaho’s wife.
On the tour, Miaho personalised it for us and took us off road as he felt my partner would like to do that, which is a lovely touch. We visited a beautiful monastery where we were lucky enough to see turtles. Cycled though the valley, to a beautiful mill that is over 500 years old and still operating. The scenery and landscape is truly spectacular.
When we got back from the e-bike tour, Marlous had prepared the most incredible home cooked meal - it is the best meal that we have had in Croatia (and anywhere in a long time). Home made bread and dips and beautiful savoury pastry, their own olives and olive oil and beautiful fresh local fish!
I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful couple and the unique experience they are offering. It feels like slow tourism at its best, unhurried, with a real focus on the guest experience and offering something unique and authentic. One of our favourite days ever and will be a cherished memory. Thank you Miaho and Marlous!
