点评：There are many local massage places near the hotel, but I chose to come here because I expected professionalism. However, I was very disappointed.
I chose a 90-minute Swedish massage. The massage itself was okay, but the overall experience was terrible.
First, when the therapist was adjusting the towel, she dropped a corner of it. Normally, therapists hold the towel carefully to ensure the client’s body is properly covered. Suddenly, part of my upper body was exposed. I didn’t feel particularly uncomfortable since I get massages often, but I felt that it was unprofessional.
Second, she sneezed once during the massage. I understand that this is natural. She apologized and continued the massage.
Third, during the session, she told me she needed to step out for one minute. I was fine with that. However, she came back after about 2–3 minutes. I didn’t say anything.
Finally, she told me the massage was finished. I thought to myself that it felt like it ended quite quickly, but I didn’t question it at the time. After I finished changing, I checked the time on my phone because I had taken a photo earlier. The foot-washing started at 9:54 AM, and I finished changing at 11:17 AM (as shown in the photo). This means the massage likely ended around 11:15 AM. In total, the session lasted only about 80 minutes, which was shorter than the agreed 90 minutes.
Considering the shortened duration and the therapist’s behavior mentioned above, I feel very disappointed with the service. The massage was okay, but not outstanding. It was not worth the money I paid at all.
The therapist told me her name, but I can’t clearly remember it. I think it was Ms. Hang. I hope no one else has to go through the same experience.
