The Connecticut Renaissance Faire的点评
点评：If you love dressing up for Halloween, then this faire is for you. My experience with this Faire was just okay, nothing spectacular. My family and I visited on Sept 12th 2026. It is a small faire. Admission fee is $18. The parking lots were full, we had to park at a different location, but there were sch buses available to take you to and from the park for free. We stayed for about 5 hrs. Not much entertainment, except for the Jousting, every thing else was mediocre. Long Pub/Bar lines that keeping getting longer as the day progresses. Not a wide variety of food items to choose from. We did manage to get a couple of turkey legs for $18 per leg. We live in the same state and its about a 2 hours drive to the faire. Last time we were at the faire was 20 years ago. Not much has change, except for numerous shopping booths. My kids are 21 and 19 yrs old, and they were bored. The faire does offer theme weekends and an afterparty after 6 pm for adults only. Its fair to say the majority of faire goers that were there that day were Gen Y and Gen Z's, I guess its the most popular age group attending. Would I go again in the future...probably not. The faire lacks the Renaissance part/entertainment. Its just one big Halloween dressed up party. Not worth it for me, and this is my opinion. Your experiences may be different from what we experienced. However, I do think its worth visiting once if you've never been there!!!
