点评:Booked a tee time on line for 3:52 pm sat June 13th. When we arrived we were told a 1/2 hour for a cart. When we spoke to the starter he told us more like 45min. There was a pretty long line, we decided to get our money back and call it a day. At the point of sale machine it wouldn’t allow it to refund the $136 to our cards( two players). We were told it was maxed out on the day for refunds by the girl in the pro shop. I have left 4 messages for Nadia Clark (general manager)to get back to us. No return calls at all. I even tried calling the pro shop to see what’s going on with our refund. They don’t answer the phones either.
Next step will be to contact the Hamilton police and start the process of what our writes will be under the fraud division. I have played this course for quite a few years, born and raised in Ancaster Ont. With this kind of costumer service they won’t be around for long.
Please folks don’t support this organization there are a lot of good courses around that will gladly take your money and give the service we are deserved.
