点评:The van itself was fabulous and almost brand new, however, as it was the first time we have ever been away in a camper van we have little to compare it with. I am sure everything worked, but I wasn’t able to figure out how to put the heating on. Whilst the weather was very hot mostly, as we were by the west coast the sea mist made nights very cold!
Our only criticism was of the pickup and return. The pickup took almost 2 hours because the sole person was dealing with another customer returning a vehicle and complaining. This meant we were anxious to get away because we had a long drive ahead and therefore we may not have had a full comprehensive introduction to the vehicle. Also, for the return there was no one to meet us so we had to let ourselves into the yard and move a vehicle to get access to our car. It wasn’t too much of an issue and we were soon on our way home, but it would have been better to have had someone confirm that the van was returned in good condition.
I think Indie campers would benefit from having a 24/7 UK customer service number to talk to someone rather than having to go on the website chat and wait anything up to 24 hours for a response.
