点评：I do not recommend this company. My family of 6 wanted a private tour to see dolphins and manatees. Booking the tour was cumbersome and took a number of emails and phone calls to accomplish it. Not being from Melbourne, we depended upon GPS to get us to the launch site, but Google Maps does not recognize the address and steers you wrong. I spent about an hour the day before the tour trying to verify the launch site, and there is no signage at the location. When I called the company, I got only voice mail. I emailed, and Captain Bob sent directions for a new launch site considerably farther away from where we were staying. The directions in the email did not match the street address given in the email, and as a result we were waiting at the opposite end of a long parking lot from where the boat was waiting. I called Captain Bob and figured out how to find him. What I was not expecting when we found Captain Bob (only about 5 minutes later and still before the scheduled time of departure) was an immediate scolding for having waited at the building that had the street address printed on it that was in Captain Bob’s email. No greeting. No pleasantries. Just a lengthy harangue from our host. I finally had to ask him why he was trying to make me feel bad, at which point he tried to pass his conduct off as a joke (it wasn’t).
The first hour of the tour was a close up look at real estate along the Indian River. We eventually found a pod of dolphins and he spent a good amount of time letting us view them. His attempt to find manatees was very limited, and we saw none before it was time to go back. His comparing Nancy Pelosi to the age of dinosaurs interjected politics that did not match our own into a wildlife tour. The scolding I received before ever getting on the boat set a negative tone for the whole experience.
