点评：Writing about Surprice Car Hire Crete.
Wish checked trip advisor first. DO NOT USE this company. Kept waiting for nearly a hour to collect car, despite paying for meet and greet quick service. Watched helpless as they scammed other customers before us including downgraded size cars and extra costs. Then blackmailed us into buying their insurance. Were prepared to leave us and two children at midnight in Crete airport (after delayed flight and wait at their office) and refused us our pre booked car unless we paid 450 euro for their insurance. No ability to be reasonable / had any customer service, in fact very aggressive customer service when questioned this (as had uk excess insurance). ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Will NEVER book with them again and recommend you don’t. Ruined start of holiday; horrid experience - this company SHOULD NOT BE TRADING. Left wife and kids in tears after desk staff shouted at her. Just awful awful experience.
