点评：DO NOT RENT FROM SURPRICE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY ILLEGITIMATE AND WILL CHARGE YOU EXCESSIVE FEES AND DEMAND THAT THEY BE PAID OVER AND ABOVE WHAT YOU THINK YOU BOOKED THE CAR FOR. I used a booking agent called VIPCars to rent a vehicle out of the Venice Marco Polo airport and they provided the supplier Surprice rental cars. They are not actually at the airport terminal and they require a shuttle to get you to their counter location which is convoluted at best. I literally had to call the counter at Surprice to even get the shuttle to show up and it took well over an hour for us to get to the counter. When I did finally arrive at the counter I was given all kinds of excuses as to why my standard MasterCard was not a valid credit card to use for renting the car and instead of the 905.73 Euros I I booked the car for through VIPCars the counter Lady at SURPRICE stated I must be charged $2222.75 Euros, scribbling down on a piece of paper the amount as if that would make it make sense. I even got an agent from VIPCars on the phone and ask that the counter lady at Surprice speak with her and she absolutely refused and even refused to give her name and stated whatever business I had with the booking agent was between myself and said agent. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a scam company that demands up charges and WILL leave you stranded like they did my family at almost midnight at the airport. DO NOT USE SURPRICE OR VIPCARS AS YOU'RE BOOKING AGENT. GO WITH A WELL-KNOWN LEGITIMATE CAR RENTAL COMPANY THAT HAS A COUNTER AT THE AIRPORT.
