SURPRICE car rental = AVOID (crooks!)

点评：Thieves!!! AVOID !!!
In May 2026, we booked a small car at Pisa airport via the RyanAir platform, which advertised SURPRICE as cheapest.
Once there, the crooks wanted to have us pay for 2 drivers instead of 1 because the name field on the Ryanair form contained a name + email address and "there should be only a name". While we were arguing, 2 other customers in the queue had similar issue: first ones because the bank card on their common account had two names on it (SURPRICE wanted only & name) hence they were charged for 2 drivers, second customer had a composite name like 'Garcia-Sanchez' on his ID, but had only used 'Garcia' on the SURPRICE booking form, so SURPRICE applied the same tarif: they had to pay for 2 drivers, which almost doubles the cost. Clearly a well organized bunch of crooks.
In the end, we rented a the Goldcar booth just opposite, and everything went perfectly fine, and for a cheaper price.
