点评：We had both experienced a cancellation of our original flight the day before as we were bumped off our flight with KLM, due to issues with the computer systems and KLM unable to compensate us with food and drink vouchers and time was limited with the departure of our new flight, Swiss Port staff were trying so hard to resolve our issue the manager placed us on business class due to the issues. With this we were advised that we were entitled to use the No.1 lounge at Jersey Airport. We had never experienced this before and were treated with great staff, especially Olive who gave us a complimentary glass of champagne as the original trip was for my 50th birthday, she was attentive and very polite with a great smile and sense of humor. The food was delicious and fresh and the views were amazing from the lounge, while we sat back and relaxed (after a stressful day before and losing one day off our trip) we watched our KLM flight land. I would definitely recommend and pay for the next time we use Jersey Airport for a flight as the No.1 makes any journey worthwhile.
