Northern Italy the Divine Way — A Journey for All the Senses

点评：Our Northern Italy the Divine Way trip (October 5–16, 2025) was truly an unforgettable voyage of discovery. From the snow-kissed Dolomites to the sparkling shores of Lake Garda and the elegance of Milan, every moment felt thoughtfully curated and deeply connected to the soul of each region we explored.
We began in Bolzano (Alto Adige), staying in a charming boutique castle, surrounded by mountain air and vineyards that seemed to hum with history. The journey continued through Sirmione, Verona, and Lake Garda, and concluded in Milan, where standing before the magnificent Duomo was the perfect finale to an inspiring adventure.
Each day offered something new, authentic encounters, local traditions, and flavors that defined the region. We met passionate winemakers and experienced the artistry behind their craft, visiting:
Alois Lageder — a 201-year-old estate known for innovation and defying convention.
Franz Haas Cellars, where crisp, elegant whites captured the Alpine spirit.
Foradori — led by the legendary Elisabetta Foradori, whose natural wines reflect deep respect for the land and timeless authenticity.
From the cheese tastings to the wine pairings (Amarone, Teroldego, Haas whites, each unforgettable), we discovered Italy through its senses, flavor, beauty, texture, and connection.
Every day had its highlight, but what I’ll remember most is the feeling: joy, gratitude, and awe shared with wonderful people. It wasn’t just a trip, it was a journey of the heart.
