点评：This was, quite simply, the worst value-for-money experience of our entire trip.
We paid over 1,000 Moroccan dirhams (approximately £100 / €100) for a family of four — and this was after what was advertised as a “10% discount voucher.” Based on the venue’s online marketing and vouchers, we were led to believe there were six heated pools available. In reality, once on site, only one pool was actually usable, which was unsurprisingly overcrowded.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the additional, unexpected charging. The moment we sat down — or even stood near — a sun lounger, a member of staff approached us to request 30 dirhams per lounger, despite the fact that the vast majority were unoccupied. This charge was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking and fundamentally changed the cost and comfort of the visit.
The combination of misleading expectations, overcrowding, and continuous extra charges meant we did not enjoy a single moment of what should have been a relaxing family experience. Instead, we were left feeling disappointed and frustrated, knowing that this money could have been spent elsewhere in Agadir on far better, more transparent experiences.
This review reflects our honest experience and personal opinion. We would not return, and we would strongly advise others to consider alternative attractions that offer clearer pricing and better value.
