点评：Ms Snow, was the perfect hostess at Melia Hotel. We first went to her very early in the holiday and looked through the brochure. There was no 'pushy' approach but rather a go away and think about it, which I prefer.
Finally we booked our first excursion and we was not dissapointed, in fact everything was so good and so personable that we booked three others in quick succession.
We had private tours the entire time, with excellent tour guides with very good English and incredibly punctual drivers. We paid by card and cash for these, and had no thought that our money or personal details were not safe.
Upon our return, Miss Snow asked how the tour was and genuinely cared about the details. Into the 2nd week of our trip, she asked if we had booked our return transfer to the airport and then proceeded to book this for us, using one of our favorite drivers from the excursions (Mr Khang) and also severely undercutting the price of any taxi offered by the resort.
Miss Snow, then offered to show us the local Cicada resort and because we insisted on walking she walked with us! (She doesnt get any money for this, she just wanted to get to know us better and reassure us of where we were going).
I fully recommend this tour company, reliable, punctual and offer good value but also appearing to pay their staff well.
Snow is a credit to their organisation and you wont regret using this company.
