Amazing stargazing with a brilliant guide
Stargaze Mackenzie的点评
点评：Booked with stargaze mackenzie through get your guide. Had a few issues with communication coming back through them but managed to get hold of the supplier directly and go ahead with the show.
The comms from Daniel (the owner) were great, and it was just the two of us.
When we arrived comfortable reclining chairs were allready laid out, with a decent telescope, blankets and hot drinks (to keep the cold at bay).
Whilst our eyes were getting accustomed to the low light, he showed us some of the southern constellations, and the galactic core using a laser pointer and then got the telescope lined up to show us more stuff in detail. This included the rings of saturn (when it stopped hiding behind the intermittent clouds), a binary star system and much more.
He was extremely knowledgeable, and a great host.
The photo of us with the night sky is a nice take away, and now set as my computer background.
