A Truly Relaxing Spa Day – Outstanding Staff!
Spa breaks Burnham Beeches Hotel的点评
点评：This was my second spa day at Burnham Beeches Hotel & Spa, and once again it didn't disappoint.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such a warm welcome by Ian. He immediately gave me my spa pass, towel, robe and slippers before showing me to the spa. He was incredibly accommodating and kindly rearranged my treatments so I could have my pedicure and facial back-to-back rather than separately, which made the day so much more relaxing.
When it was time for my treatments, Ian showed me upstairs and even brought me a delicious smoothie, which was such a thoughtful touch.
My treatments were with Erica, who I've had a pedicure with before, and she is absolutely fantastic. She's so friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about what she does. My pedicure was excellent, and the facial was one of the most relaxing I've ever had, I actually fell asleep! My skin felt amazing afterwards.
After my treatments, I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. I couldn't fault either the food or the service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the gentleman serving us, but he was warm, attentive and friendly throughout.
I then went back to the spa to make the most of the facilities, and the team even gave me a fresh towel and robe, which was another thoughtful gesture and really added to the experience.
What really makes this spa stand out is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, attentive and genuinely happy to help, creating such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Ian, in particular, is such an asset to the hotel. He remembered me from my previous visit and went above and beyond to make the day feel special from start to finish. Erica is incredibly talented, and you can tell she truly loves what she does.
I left feeling completely relaxed and thoroughly looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Burnham Beeches Hotel & Spa, and I'll definitely be returning for a third visit!

之后我又回到水疗中心尽情享用各项设施，工作人员还为我提供了新的毛巾和浴袍，这一贴心的举动也大大提升了我的体验感。
这家水疗中心最出色的地方就是其员工。每个人都热情好客、细心周到，而且真心乐于提供帮助。这里营造出了一种宁静又放松的氛围。伊恩更是酒店的得力助手——他记得我上次入住时的样子，还竭尽全力让我的这一天从始至终都过得格外特别。埃丽卡才艺出众，从她身上能感受到她对工作的热忱与热爱。
离开时，我感到身心完全放松，也真切体会到了被悉心照顾的温暖。我会毫不犹豫地向大家推荐伯纳姆比奇斯酒店及水疗中心，以后也一定会再来第三次！
