Music Bits的点评
点评：I have seen both videos of the 'Suspicious' character and the shop-side CCTV.
Neither has done anything wrong in doing so, but. the interpretation from the Business side has been downright accusitive and derogatory from the outset without the two ever discussing it between them.
To publish such a video by Music Bits is both defamatory and is in breach of ICO's code of conduct. i.e it was covered by GDPR ,as is all Business Recordings, and as such is Data that should not be shared with 3rd parties or anyone not entitled to see it.
Publishing the footage on Facebook is a contravention of said ICO's Code.
It would seem like Music Bits has completely misread the situation and jumped to the wrong conclusions. for which they should apologise for, and make reparations for the distress caused to the individual.
