点评：I went here early evening with 18 other seasoned ladies during the extremely hot weather in late June 26 and we all had the most fantastic evening.
Owner Tim really impressed. Firstly with his care for our group by adapting the tour by keeping us shaded as much as possible due to the heat. His passion, knowledge and dedication to his work were second to none. As a result our group learned a great deal about all aspects of growing vines to how wine and champagne are made and produced. We spent the last part of our tour in the shaded marquee and sampled three different and delicious wines all served with great humour and more interesting knowledge. At no point did we feel rushed in fact quite the opposite. Tim took photos and was more than happy to answer our many questions. Would I recommend to other local groups or visitors to our area...... Massive resounding DEFINITELY.
