点评：We booked our two-week honeymoon in Sri Lanka through Teardrop Journeys, and we couldn’t have been in better hands. Everything was arranged with such care — from the itinerary to the hotels to finding us the BEST tour guide in Sri Lanka, the wonderful Roshan Vaz.
When a small hiccup occurred with an overbooking in Kandy, Teardrop resolved it with impressive speed and professionalism, arranging a replacement hotel that ended up being one of our absolute favourites of the entire trip. We always felt looked after.
What really stood out, though, was their thoughtfulness during the cyclone that hit the island while we were travelling. They phoned us proactively to check we were safe and to offer advice on how best to plan our onward journey. That level of care meant a great deal.
A very special thank-you to Dilhari, whose patience, hard work, and attention to detail made the whole trip possible. She put together our itinerary, booked every hotel, and handled every question with grace. Her support and guidance were invaluable.
