Moso caves tour - great scenery, food and culture

点评：Paruki tours were excellent, great tour options and Chris and Grace are fantastic tour guides that love to share their culture with travellers. I did two tours with them. The Moso caves tour day trip and then the coffee and chocolate factory trip the next day.
The moso caves tours is a must do. About a one hour drive from Port Villa followed by a short boat ride out to the cave on Moso island. You have to swim over the reef to get into the stunning cave. And on the boat ride over we helped the captain reel in some fish.
Afterwards we snorkelled to see the giant clams, then had a delicious cooked lunch on the beach of pan grilled chicken and salad made with local ingredients. And on the way home we picked up some local fruits including sprouting coconut which I'd never tried before.
Also, ask them to pick up some Tuluk, the specialty dish, from Mele their home village. Its stewed beef inside a dough made of cassava. It's delicious.
