Festival weekend but couldn’t see all acts as space limited

点评：It’s ok here but personally wouldn’t come again because of the theatre , late lounge situation mostly.
We came on a festival break - the way Heythrop works of an evening is that they have one act in late lounge and one in theatre. You have to choose which one you want to see - so we wanted to see both acts appearing at same time but had to choose one - this is disappointing. On all nights this happened.
Other warners you get to see all acts.
Rooms are nice. I suggest stay in south wing to be near venues.
Car park though is a walk away from south wing reception and there is no porter service for cases so you have to deal with that yourself which for some guests may be a problem.
Staff are very nice. We ate in Travelling Duke and the food was good but same menu all weekend and therefore choices were limited.
A silly thing I find irritating is each time we’ve been here is that there’s only ever half a toilet roll in our bathroom - no spare. We try and help by not having room serviced as there’s no need really. So had to find a cleaner to get a toilet roll spare as you never know if you might run out in an emergency ! Quite reluctant to provide also !!
Having been to many warners this is one I wouldn’t return to I’m afraid.
Also can’t see how it’s a Reserve category.
They haven’t quite got it right here.

不过总的来说，周末阳光明媚，很愉快。
