Five Stars for Haslemere Hall and Its Inspiring Live Programme

点评：What a delightful evening at Haslemere Hall. I attended Love & Lust – Great Love Stories of Opera and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the performers and the atmosphere of the venue.
The cast delivered an engaging programme of famous operatic favourites from La Bohème, Carmen, Gianni Schicchi and more. Even those new to opera would have recognised many of the beautiful melodies, and the performers made the music accessible and entertaining throughout.
Haslemere Hall offers something increasingly rare: excellent cultural events within a friendly local setting, without the need to travel to London. The Hall is clearly an important part of the community and deserves support from residents and visitors alike.
I shall certainly be returning and would encourage others to explore the varied programme on offer.
