Gairloch Marine Life Centre & Cruises的点评
点评：We chose Gairloch Marine because of other reviews and, on a purely practical level, there was a loo on board. A lot of the other companies use rigid inflatable boats so no loo. We were originally going to do a 4 hr cruise so felt that a loo was essential. Donna the administrator/ spotter was incredibly helpful when we had to make alterations to our booking due to circumstances beyond our control. We did 2 hr trips on consecutive days and enjoyed both. We saw minke whales on the first trip and many dolphins, seals, sea eagles on their nest and many types of sea bird on both trips. We had about a dozen people on each trip so there was plenty of seats available and room to see whatever was happening. Ian, the Captain, is very knowledgeable and has been doing this for 30 years+. The only reason this is not a 5* rating for us is that the safety briefing was not as thorough as we have experienced elsewhere eg not telling people not to hold onto door frames whilst moving round the boat, always keep both feet and one hand in contact with the boat at all times. Also, the loo area needs a bit of a "spruce up".
