点评：I travelled solo in Meghalaya and explored three places with Dashem from the Travel With Buddies group – the Bamboo Trek, the David Scott Trail, and the Mawphlang Sacred Forest. I booked him for a cab-cum-guide service and had a very good overall experience.
Dashem was knowledgeable, patient, and always ensured I was comfortable throughout the treks. He guided me well on every route, shared local insights, and was fully involved during the entire journey. For a solo traveller, having someone dependable and present makes a big difference, and I truly appreciated that.
I had already booked my stays in advance, but I feel he could have suggested better accommodation options if I had checked before. For future travellers, I would recommend consulting him early so he can help with more suitable stay recommendations as well.
Overall, I would definitely recommend travelling with Dashem for treks and day trips in Meghalaya. He is trustworthy, easy to communicate with, and makes the experience smooth and enjoyable.
