Too expensive mermaid makeover and Overhyped mermaid show of hardly 8 mins

点评：I visited the Aquarium recently with two kids so booked two mermaid makeovers for both of them. Initially itself I found the fee for the same to be costly which is ₹1199 + kids entry fee of ₹449 which makes it ₹1648 just for one kid. However the actual shock was still awaiting for us. The amount of ₹1199 included mermaid makeover, 1 physical photograph and 15 soft copies of pictures taken by them. During the entire time we were not allowed to take any photographs on our own. Now after the huge tiring and time consuming activity when we went to the counter for the photos we were been told we will get 15 pictures taken only inside the cramped and shaby makeup room and the main photoshoot which was done at the studio has to purchased separately. I would take this as a total scam by the authority as giving those stupid makeup room dsnt make any sense. When I refused to take those as the part of the offer they told thats how it is and to get the actual photo session pictures we need to pay ₹650 additionally. Thats not a small amount and misleading parents to spend ₹2298 for a kids photoshoot of 10 mins is totally be considered as a scam. Also no such details were mentioned anywhere in the online ticket. Even I spoke to some parents who were purchasing on the spot ticket and they also were not informed about this while purchasing ticket across the counter.
Please note during the entire process we waited for more than 2 hours 15 mins the procedure of makeover was not at all systematic and though the makeup actually takes 15 mins per kid but due to mis-management we had to wait excessively longer.
Additionally the over hyped mermaid show was pretty average and it was just an eight minutes show...
Over all we totally felt cheated and over-hyped place.
