点评：From the moment Nicki picked us up at our hotel, the day felt personal. She grew up on Grand Cayman and clearly loves it — on the drive over she pointed out all the brightly painted houses she's fond of and talked about the island with a real sense of community and pride. That warmth set the tone for everything that followed.
This was my very first time on a horse (my wife had ridden before), and a wonderful man named Chris looked after us the entire day. He's kind, patient, and genuinely skilled at handling the horses — his clear, calm instructions had me comfortable within minutes. He deserves a real shoutout; he made the whole experience feel effortless.
What stood out most was how Nicki talks about her horses — like they're her own children. And it shows. The horses looked truly happy and full of joy, not overworked at all. You can tell they're raised with love, and that care translates directly into a smooth, relaxed, joyful ride for guests.
