点评：We had an excellent experience with Roza Tour in Algeria. Everything was very well organized from the start, and throughout the trip they were always attentive and responsive.
What really stood out was how they handled unexpected situations. When one of our flights was cancelled, they immediately stepped in, reorganized everything and made sure we were comfortable and looked after at all times. That level of support made a huge difference.
They were always there for us, which made us feel safe and well taken care of at all times, something especially valuable in a country that can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for a foreign visitor.
The guides, especially in Bou Saada, were fantastic: Knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to spend time with. Everyone in the agency was incredibly warm and professional, reflecting the same kindness and hospitality we experienced throughout this wonderful country.
A big thank you to the whole team for all the care and attention. We truly appreciated it and would highly recommend them.
