Quest Ocean Expeditions的点评
点评：Sailing to Colombia with Quest was such a wonderful experience! Göran is an incredibly experienced captain and I felt safe on the boat. The sea was quite scary at times even though it was “calm”, but on such a well-run boat it’s manageable and you get used to it. I definitely think dramamine was necessary - as a result, I didn’t get seasick and it helped me sleep. Some others on my boat did get seasick even on the calm seas.
Hilda (as well as being the loveliest person) is a great cook and really worked magic in the small boat kitchen to produce delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner (including pancakes, French toast, tropical fruit platters, shrimp noodles, Trinidad-style fish, fajitas). The food during the open sea crossing is understandably simpler!
Our activities on the boat including snorkelling, swimming and exploring some genuinely untouched islands. Hilda and Göran have been doing this route for a while so know some of the best islands to go to. It felt so special to experience this area and I would absolutely go back. We even saw dolphins who tried to race our boat during the open sea crossing!
Quest is one of the calmer boats so if you’re looking for a big party it’s maybe not the right fit for you. Our group included couples, siblings, and friends (ages c. 22-31), and it was a really lovely atmosphere.
Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend - thanks for such a fabulous time!
