点评:I went into this experience not quite sure what to expect. Natalia immediately put us at ease with her welcoming demeanor and natural hospitality. Our work stations were prepared and the information and skills development were provided in manageable segments. She ensured we understood what we were doing and why. She has excellent knowledge of historical and culture differences in the field of pasta making and easily answered our questions. One aspect that particularly surprised me was the realization that fruit pierogies are an option. I feel not only sure that I will make pasta and pierogies again, but that I can make them with the confidence of knowing I will achieve a good result after learning in Natalia's kitchen. Of course, sitting down to enjoy a plate of the products made on site and taking some home for later were a definite highlight.
