点评：Booking they took the payment twice
I had to wait four weeks to get it back 🤬
Day one the water pump packed up so no shower/toilet-or washing up . Can’t take the van back as Saturday and had only picked the van up 4 hours before unit at Bordeaux now closed until . So have to find and pay through the nose for a camp site with the facility’s that we had paid for in the van .
Return van Monday just as the unit is opening . Van singed off with no problems other than no water pump .Trip end 🤬
This was on the 30/03/26 to this day all that roadsurfer have offered is €90 to use on another trip with them 😩
So out of pocket items are water into van , fuel to just go-around the block with the van . €85 in camp sites and a lost holiday , priceless .
Do not take the risk
Lots of other van rentals and when you look into roadsurfer you will see this is a common thing .
