点评：It was amazing, we had just arrived in Dublin on the ferry from Cherbourg, but we started our trip in Belgium. We knew there were no tours on the Saturday, but thought we would have a look at the shop. The door was open and we went in. We were met by Garry, who apologised that the place was a mess they were busy with big works, so all tours were cancelled, but he was lovely and said he would tell us a bit. It was fascinating. We had heard the story of the fallen oak tree and the barrels, and Garry very kindly showed us those very barrels. Sean came along too with some explanation about first brewing the beer without hops. In fact we had a very interesting morning with Garry and Sean and enjoyed every minute. The information that these two store in their heads and what they shared with us was really incredible. I would say it is the best whisky distillery visit we have done, and also unexpected. Many thanks to Garry and Sean. From Luc and Val from Belgium.
