点评：We stayed in Iceland for 12 days. we are impressed by the 8-day (9/17-24) small group Ring Road tour provided by Troll Expeditions. The weather can be unpredictable, but our amazing guide John skillfully adapted the schedule to ensure we saw the best sights safely and comfortably. He adjusted our first day itinerary to second day to avoid crowded visitors. Thanks to these adjustments, we were able to chase good weather and avoid tourists. We are able to catch Northern Lights on our day in Akureyri. On our last day, we even had rainbow saw us off back to the capital.
Every day's experience is unforgettable - from waterfalls, to volcanic landscapes, black sand beaches, and glacial lagoon. We joined Scottish Highlands tour in 2023. It was a regular tour showed the beautiful landscapes, while the Iceland tour took us into the landscape – we hike, approach waterfalls, and truly experience Iceland up close. It's not just sightseeing. This trip is an adventure.
Our guide John was knowledgeable, passionate, and full of local insights that made the journey even more fun. We appreciate he provided us some hidden spot, a detour for better views, or local folklore shared along the way, John’s commitment to making each day special really made our visit unforgettable.
This trip gave my friend and I lots of memories. Totally we took near 3300 pictures. They will be our treasure forever.
