点评：Charge me $500 for a scratch that wasn't for me and would take less than $20 to buff out ! Photos DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Rented a car from them for one day at the Frankfort Airport. Car was so dirty that I could not even tell you if there was any scratches on it or not literally had not been washed in weeks I even took a video that showed that on the windshield and the hood you can literally draw anything in the dirt that was on the car. Tank was completely empty! I had to go straight to the gas station because the fuel light was on. And then when I returned the car it took the person checking me and almost 10 minutes to over the car he looked like he was buying a brand new Lamborghini for himself and wanted to make sure there was not even a Nick or scratch on the car. Then he says there is a three inch small scuff on the back top of the bumper like someone had scuffed it removing a bag I told him there was no way that could have been me because we didn't use the back and that was so covered with dust you wouldn't have been able to see it anyway. He was extremely rude and then later that evening when I got my bill they charged me almost 600 dollars for a scratch that would be normal wear and tear even if it was caused by someone who rented the car!
