点评：I wish I had read the reviews before booking with this company. Unfortunately, I have had a very similar experience to many of the people who have posted here.
I returned the car in spotless condition, yet the company claimed that I had caused damage. One of the alleged scratches was inside the vehicle near my seat, even though it appeared to be an old mark of about 1 cm. They also pointed out two or three extremely minor scratches on the rear passenger side of the car. Frankly, the accusations make little sense. How could someone sitting in a seat cause a scratch in that location?
I asked for previous inspection reports and documentation showing the condition of the vehicle before my rental, but I was told that no such records were available. Despite this lack of evidence, they withheld my deposit of £960 and I was also charged an international transaction fee.
I know with complete confidence that I did not cause the damage they are claiming. I am now hoping to recover my hard-earned money and would strongly advise others to carefully review customer feedback before booking with this company.
