点评：We did both the Prohibition and Ile aux Marins tours. We met others who did the history walk, not the Prohibition walk and I think had it been available when we could participate I would have chosen that tour. Next time. Ile aux Marins, without a doubt one should see. Elea was our guide for the Prohibition tour, and her husband for Ile aux Marins. Elea was a great tour guide with a wealth of knowledge about the area and for us it was good she included some tidbits about Ile aux Marins as her husband was more difficult to understand. He did very well as it was only the second time he had done the tour and he had only learned English 5 months ago. I thought it was maybe only me having problems but others in that tour also had a hard time understanding him with his strong accent and quick talking. Both spoke quickly so for the “older folks” this was a challenge. It takes time for the brain to get around the accent, then understand what you’ve heard. But these tours are worth doing.
