Fairfax Distillery的点评
点评：We visited Fairfax Distillery for our anniversary and it was easily one of the best days out we’ve had in North Yorkshire. Unlike other distillery tours where you just stand around looking at tanks, this is totally hands-on.
You start by meeting "Mary" (their beautiful copper still) and then move into the blending room. They have over 70 different flavors to choose from—everything from traditional spices to wild tropical fruits. The best part? You don't just make one drink; you get to blend your own Gin, Rum, AND Vodka.
The host, Kelly are fantastic—knowledgeable, and they make sure the grazing board is well-stocked while you work. We ended up taking home a full-sized 70cl bottle of our favorite blend with a personalised label. A brilliant, interactive experience that feels much more personal than the bigger commercial distilleries.
