Title: Avoid – poor organisation, missed trek, and completely ignored afterwards

点评：We booked a trek with this company for $60 per person and it was, unfortunately, one of the most poorly managed experiences of our trip.
While some initial issues like a tyre problem and electrical fault may have been outside of their control, what followed was entirely avoidable. We left around 2 hours late and then made multiple unnecessary stops, including a smoke break, an unexplained stop, and a meal for the driver, all of which caused further delays.
Because of this, we missed our group and arrived late. We didn’t receive the included lunch. The trek was cut short and we were taken on a completely different, shorter route than what was advertised.
The day felt rushed, disorganised, and nowhere near what we paid for.
However, the worst part has been the complete lack of accountability afterwards.
We contacted the company multiple times during the day via WhatsApp and received no response. After the trip, we raised a formal complaint and requested a very reasonable 25% refund. We were told we would get an update the next morning. That was several days ago, and since then we have been completely ignored.
I’m sure the company may respond to this review with excuses, but the screenshots of our messages clearly show the lack of communication and speak for themselves.
At this point, it’s not just about a bad experience, it’s about a company that takes your money and then avoids responsibility when things go wrong.
We would strongly recommend booking elsewhere. There are plenty of operators in Nong Khiaw, and based on this experience, this is not one you can rely on.
