点评：Having sailed over 100 times on the ocean and rivers, I must say that this was the first time that I can say that my friends, my wife, and I had a flawless experience on board Riverside Ravel. Cabins were spacious, service was impeccable, food was high quality, and the chef from Spain could give many Micheline Star chefs a run for their money. While there was a rather significant incident created by one of the guides contracted by Riverside, this guide is no longer going to be allowed to cast a shadow on the otherwise most enjoyable experience (I'd give Riverside 10 stars, if such a rating existed, if it wasn't for that guide with rather disconcerting behavior. Abandoning guests for the sake of a personal lunch - Ouch!).
Would I want to sail with Riverside again - absolutely. I have sailed it when it was Crystal, and it is now even better than before (I wish the same high standards could apply to the reborn Ocean side of Crystal).
