Unsafe, Overbooked, unprofessional staff - Potentially Dangerous too

点评：It was not a great experience. Most of the crew members, were ill-mannered. They are extremely inexperienced when it comes to hospitality. The staff’s behavior was vulgar, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. They displayed clear annoyance when asked simple questions, which should not be the case in a professional setting.
There was also poor coordination among staff, resulting in long waiting times and a frustrating overall experience. For example, we were told that the food had been prepared since morning and would be ready to eat upon arrival at the island. However, once we arrived, we had to wait for an eternity before being served. The food itself was an odd combination of choices and, unsurprisingly,
with disappointing quality. When concerns were raised about issues, their tone became aggressive rather than helpful, further worsening the situation. Considering the fees we paid, the experience was absolutely NOT worth it, aside from the view, which is not something the staff can take credit for.
Another SERIOUS ISSUE was the crowd size. The catamaran was clearly overcrowded, to the point where many passengers were forced to stand. This was not only inconsiderate but potentially dangerous. The boat was obviously overbooked, leaving many people uncomfortable throughout the trip. At one point a metal rod even fell violently, thankfully it did not hit anyone but it left people feeling angry, scared and unsafe.
I don't recommend people this one, unless you want to waste your money.
