点评：A great destination in Puerto Plata. We stopped here during a cruise and wanted to see monkeys while in Dominican Republic. There were so many different options for monkey encounters but after a lot of research and the recommendation by our Puerto Playa Shore Excursions tour, we ended up here and we were very glad we did. While we waited for the monkey encounter, the CEO Israel showed us around their property, showing us the local plants and fruits they grow (he even gave my toddler son a pineapple from their yard, upon my toddler’s request). After the tour we got to briefly learn about coffee and chocolate making and taste their local coffee or hot chocolate. Next we met (and the kids got to ride) their donkeys. Finally the main event- meeting the monkeys. The monkeys are in a very large caged off area, which felt like ample room for them to run around freely. We all loved meeting the 28 monkeys up close, where they climbed all over us. We had plenty of time there, and when my toddler cried when it was time to leave, they gave him even more time with the monkeys. They treated us so well. Israel was especially wonderful to us. We would gladly go back, and wholeheartedly recommend visiting.
